Booking Policies
Deposit
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking which also goes to your service.
Extra Guests
Adult guest may not accompany you however, kids are welcomed. You must notify me in advance!
Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours in advance! You can reschedule at least 2 times using the same deposit. After the 2nd time you will have to pay another deposit! No show/ No communication will result in you being charged $20 to your card on file or you will be banned from booking again!
Late Arrival
I kindly extend a 10 minute grace period to all guest & humbly ask for the same 10 minute grace period in return. Once you get to 15 minutes you will be charged an extra $10 late fee. After 20 Minutes we will have to canel or reschedule. Please be advised arriving late may require us to modify your service which could mean omitting designs or additional enhancements. We appreciate youir understanding and look forward to working with you!
Prior to Arrival
Please arrive with bare nails or book for a soak off for an additional $12 fee. If you book a soak off please make sure to arrive 1 hour early to your appointment.
